PlayFit Boxercise/CardioBox
Want a full body workout that builds your cardiovascular strength and increases your overall stamina at the same time?! Great stress relief, awesome work out and massive calorie burning potential every week!! An hour class can burn up to 1,000 calories. Always an amazing, varied and intense workout!
PlayFun Circuits
Starting with an interactive fitness warm up to an awesome circuit incorporating all the major muscle groups. This work out will give a well-toned and lean body! Guaranteed to grow, shape and create a healthy new you day in day out!

These work outs are fat burning, muscle building and fitness achieving heaven!
TeamPlay has been running for over 2 years and still has many of the original crew, some who have lost over 15kg, competed in Bridge to Brisbane and acheived goals they thought were impossible.
Play Strong is the indoor part of TeamPlay it is about sculpting your body with fitness exercises plus Kettle bell and Resistance training workouts! Get ready to sweat, build your muscle endurance, strength, balance, agility and cardio endurance in this intense work out twice every week!
TeamPlay Outdoor sessions are about engaging your body in interactive game and challenge based work outs. Enduring challenging sand, stair, hill and grass terrains pushes your fitness ability to new heights. You get amazing physical results as well as developing in a team environment, so you get to build self esteem, friendships and motivate each other.
(Participants in Wednesday and Friday 6am work outs are encouraged to join in the Play Team Yearly Fitness Events such as the Mothers Day Classic 4.5km or 8km fun run, local fun runs and Bridge to Brisbane 10km fun run as a goal to work towardswithin their training (If it fits their goals and lifestyle). On the build up to these charity events running training will be incorporated into these work outs (Eg. learning how to run and practicing running the various distances)).
